Instructions

1.   Pick chart settings
2.   Enter your graph data
      a.   Remember, each value must be on its own line
      b.   Y data number format : 123456789.00 or 123,456,789.00
      c.   Y and X data cannot be empty
3.   Click the create button

Common Problems


This message is letting you know that your Y Axis Data has alphabetic characters in it. See example below.
Y Data can only accept numbers. ChartGo uses the numbers to measure the size of each bar column or pie slice.






You'll get this message if you leave the Y or X data fields empty.
ChartGo requires at least one character or number to work properly.






You can get this message when using the address from the save or share graph links.
The message appears if the graph is old and has not been used for several months.
Or when ChartGo can't find the graph because the "id key" in the address is wrong.
